These Terms of Service govern your use of the Waypoint application ("the App"), developed and operated by Ken Shinn ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
Waypoint is a personal productivity application. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The App uses Google Sign-In for authentication and may request read-only access to your Google Calendar. We will only access the data necessary to provide the App's features as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings.
You retain ownership of all tasks, notes, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the App's functionality.
We make no guarantee of uptime or availability. The App is provided as-is for personal use. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
